  If you are wanting to rent in Sydney South East area look no further than to rent through PRD with Samantha and Donna. They provided the most pleasant and speedy service I have ever had. I am not normally one for writing reviews but their support and enthusiasm to help us find a property was was so special I will never forget it. Very fast application turn around and it was so lovely to have someone care about my application as much as I do. Thank you Samantha and Donna for being as excited about my new home as I am!

  We are very pleased that Daniel and Samantha from PRD Perez Real Estate are managing our rental property. From our first contact we were impressed by their genuine enthusiasm to work with us.
  
  We appreciated:
  • their excellent communication in keeping us advised of what they were doing to present and advertise our property, and their prompt answers to our questions;
  • their advice on what improvements to the property we might consider to maximise our rental return; and
  • the agency’s technology that kept us informed of the interest in the property within minutes of the first inspection finishing.
  
  We believe that the agent who presents a rental property can contribute to the appeal of the property to prospective tenants. In our case, the property was immediately leased to tenants who attended the first inspection. We have no doubt that the kind attention of PRD Perez Maroubra to prospective tenants influenced this fantastic outcome.
  
  We were also pleasantly surprised to hear from our neighbours who attended the inspection and complimented us on Samantha’s attention during their meeting !

  Quick sale for a great price
  Veronica and the team did a great job of helping us through the sale process. Their advice and guidance made it a lot less stressful. They helped us get the property ready for sale and had committed buyers ready as soon as we went on the market. Highly recommend.

  Samantha Hunnisett is the mostly friendly & helpful agent I have ever dealt with. She was supportive from the first meeting & has gone above & beyond to ensure I settle in (she even personally showed me how to find my car space when I couldn’t find it, in her own time). I would try & lease through her in the future for sure! Thanks Samantha, you’re awesome!
