  The lady who served me was rude. I ordered Portuguese burger and saw her held the buns with her bare hands, same hands that she used in handling bills. Food presentation wasn't good. She also didn't inform me ahead that they have a surcharge for a card transaction. When I decided to pay cash, she still charged me the amount that was supposed to be for the EFTPOS. Really disappointed. Sorry.

  Would give 0 starts if I could.
  As a previous hospo worker myself, I was horrified that this place has any customers !
  Starts with wait staff who is ignoring you in the first place and when taking orders chewing gum with mouth wide open , to digging a pen out of the pony tail.
  I don't think this is hygienic at all!!
  Food served was much different to previous time and the prices on the menu did not match with what we received on the bill.
  Very disappointed.. When food was brought out and we asked for missing items the waitress rolled her eyes and pulled a snarky smile.
  Sorry to bother you asking you to do your job!
  Even simple chips and tomato sauce is nothing I would order again since the sauce seemed old and watery when dripping out of the dried out bottle top and the chips were somewhat bitter.
  And how much can go wrong when ordering chips, right?
  I certainly remained polite and I know people can have good and bad days.. When directed critics to manager/owner (!) he just shrugged and it seems they live of tourism and not returning customers.
  
  Sorry guys , but this is definitely not the place to go.
  San Antonius saved my hungry butt that day.
