- Kylie Munro Added September 19, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★I would encourage everyone to try a class at coogee yoga regardless of age or flexibility. The Iyengar method of yoga and the use of props allows the students to practice yoga safely with no fear of injuring themselves and Sophie, Pauline and Kasia take care with each student based on their individual needs. I have tried many yoga schools over the years and this one is a rare treat! I always leave feeling like I've done myself a favour.
